1. Load the dishes correctly onto the dishwasher.
This is one of the essential and primary steps while handling a dishwasher. One should properly load the dishes in a dishwasher in the rectified way. The dishes should fit properly in a rack and should not exceed the capacity of a dishwasher.
Loading additional dishes will abate the dishwashing process and can affect the output.
2. Water temperature.
Every commercial dishwasher has various sensors with it that monitor facets. One of the critical factors is the water temperature. The entering water must be at least 20 degrees Celsius and not more than 60 degrees Celsius. The wash temperature of the machine should be maintained at 60 – 65 deg. C and the final rinse temperature of the machine at 82 – 87 deg. C.
By following these temperature guidelines, a commercial dishwasher can have prolonged life as the machine’s articles and numerous sensors persist in the ideal environment.
3. Detergent and Rinse aid
It is important to use the correct type of detergent. Use detergents meant for commercial dishwasher applications only. Using the right type of detergent can corroborate that machine submits a good output.
Adding excess or less amount of detergent will affect the dishwashing process and will not stay naive.
Rinse agents help water to sheet off glass and dinnerware which prevents spotting and improves overall drying performance. This will add an extra perfection to dishwashing as this looks after the spotting, oil stains, germs, and extra dirt.
4. Water inlet pressure
Keeping a check on the water inlet’s pressure is advised and should be done before running the dishwashing process. The water inlet pressure should be 2 – 4 bar (dynamic pressure). This is optimum for keeping the machine operational and functional to full standard.
5. Quality of water
The dishwashing process should be customized according to the water type & quality. The water used for dishwashing should be of potable quality with hardness less than 40 Mg. If you have hard water, you may need to use a little more detergent to get the best results and if your water is soft, do the opposite and try using a little less detergent.
This will optimize the process.
With all these factors, you can now run your dishwashing process at full efficiency that too for a prolonged time. Grydle & Sync also provides Commercial dishwashers at best prices with complete support from purchase to installation.
