Combi Ovens

Combi ovens are most versatile equipment in a commercial kitchen and can roast, bake, steam, re-generate, hot hold food or can be programmed to do a combination of several cooking operations. These are most energy efficient item in the kitchen with smallest foot print per meal.

Combination ovens are available as mini combi ovens, 6 GN 1/1, 10 GN 1/1 and 20 GN 1/1. They can be electric or gas operated with semi-automatic or fully automatic controls.

They require various types of accessories for proper utilization of capacity. Different types of stands are available. There are options for smoking, built-in exhaust hoods and ventless operation.
