The ANSUL R-102 Restaurant Kitchen Fire Suppression System is am automatic , pre-engineered, fire suppression system designed to protect areas associated with ventilating equipment including hoods, ducts, plenums and filters. It is listed with Underwriters Laboratories (UL/ULC) and this system is capable of automatic detection and actuation as well as remote manual actuation.

  • Regulated release mechanism: spring loaded mechanism/pneumatic type capable of providing the expellant gas supply to one, two, three agent tanks depending on the Capacity of the gas cartridge used.
  • Regulated actuator assembly: spring loaded mechanism, contains release assembly, regulator, expellant gas hose & agent storage tank housed in a stainless steel enclosure with cover.
  • Discharge nozzle: discharge nozzle is tested and listed with the R-102 system for a specific application.
  • Agent distribution hose: the hose assembly includes a restraining cable kit to limit the appliance movement within the range of the flexible hose.
  • Flexible conduit: used only with the Molded Remote Manual Pull Station and with the Mechanical Gas Valve assembly.
  • Pull station assembly: made of molded red Composite material.
